Contest Rules — “Most-watched video”

These rules set out the terms of the contest run by Revival rewarding the most-watched video. Taking part implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
1. Organiser
The contest is organised by CROSSCOM (SASU), share capital €1,000, registered office at 7 Allée de Chartres, 33000 Bordeaux, France (RCS Bordeaux 888 960 986), publisher of the Revival website (revival.art). Contact: contact@revival.art.
2. Duration and editions
The contest is permanent and runs in successive editions, in principle monthly (from the 1st to the last day of each month, Paris time).
The organiser may at any time create a new edition, suspend, extend, shorten or cancel the contest, without incurring any liability.
3. Eligibility
Entry is free and open to any natural person of legal age holding a Revival account who has created at least one video. To enter, the account holder voluntarily submits one of their videos to the contest from their personal area.
Public display of the video is subject to the organiser's prior approval, which may refuse any video at its sole discretion (moderation, inappropriate content, third-party rights). Only approved and published videos take part in the ranking.
4. Determining the winner
At the close of each edition, the published video with the highest number of views is declared the winner. Views are counted according to Revival's technical rules: a view is counted at most once per person per day for a given video.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude any video whose views result from fraud, manipulation or automated means. In the event of a tie, the video that reached its total first wins.
5. Prize
The prize awarded to the winner of each edition is 30 free videos, granted as credits on their Revival account.
The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize.
6. Prize delivery
The winner is notified by email at the address linked to their account, and the corresponding credits are added to their area.
If the winner cannot be reached or does not meet these rules, the organiser may designate the next video in the ranking.
7. Personal data
Data collected for the contest is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. The winner agrees that their first name and/or their video may be mentioned for the purpose of announcing the result.
8. Liability
The organiser cannot be held liable for any technical malfunction, service unavailability or any event beyond its control affecting the contest.
9. Acceptance and governing law
Taking part in the contest implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, governed by French law. Any complaint may be sent to contact@revival.art.
